Since its founding in 1971 ALG has been committed to three core principles: children learn best through play, children need to develop skills to resolve conflicts and work collaboratively, and the natural world is a great teacher and is vital for developing healthy bodies and minds.

Through your support ALG is able to continue to strive to achieve these goals. Funds raised are used to provide scholarships, improve the indoor and outdoor spaces, support a diverse student body, and provide a secure and stimulating environment.

ALG is a 501(c)(3) organization. Monetary and in-kind donations are tax deductible in accordance with the IRS Code for charitable contributions.
